Born in Doha, Qatar, to an Armenian family, Aram grew up immersed in the world of architecture and construction, accompanying his father to sites where his father contributed to building Qatar’s foundational urban grid system through his work with an architecture and construction company. These experiences shaped Aram’s early fascination with the built environment and laid the groundwork for his future career in architecture and real estate.. At the age of nine, Aram relocated to Los Angeles with his family, where his fascination with architecture, particularly luxury residential design, grew. His mother would often take him on drives around Los Angeles to admire various luxury homes and significant architectural projects.

After graduating from high school, Aram earned a degree in Architecture from The Southern California Institute Of Architecture (SCI-Arc). He embarked on his professional journey by working as an architect for renowned firms in Los Angeles. His career trajectory led him to Rotterdam, Netherlands, where he showcased his expertise by submitting a project to The International Architecture Biennale of Rotterdam.

Upon returning to Southern California, Aram transitioned into project management roles, overseeing commercial projects in West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Venice Beach, Malibu, and luxury residential projects in Brentwood. Notably, he managed a project for a private family that owns an NFL team that ran two projects simultaneously, including a record-breaking sale in Mandeville Canyon for sixty five million dollars. Additionally, Aram successfully managed a thirty five million construction cost residential project, further demonstrating his prowess in large-scale residential development.

Subsequently, Aram joined Marmol Radziner, a prestigious design-build firm based in Los Angeles, as a Construction Project Manager. His responsibilities encompassed project planning, budget management, quality control, communication, and client relations, ensuring the successful execution of residential projects from conception to completion.
